Train-the-Trainer Program Workflow
1. Needs Analysis
- Target group: Academic staff levels (research assistants, lecturers, professors, etc.)
- Areas for development: Teaching methods, digital tools, assessment and evaluation, etc.
- Needs are identified through surveys, interviews, or previous performance evaluation data.
2. Training Program Planning
- Training objectives and learning outcomes are defined.
- Module titles are created.
- Training duration and dates are scheduled.
- Training materials and resources are prepared.
- The opinion of the education committee is obtained.
3. Selection of Trainers
- Subject matter experts (internal trainers or external specialists) are selected.
- Trainers are briefed on the program content.
4. Selection and Invitation of Participants
- A list of participating academic staff is prepared.
- Participants are selected through application or invitation.
- Participants are informed about the program schedule and content.
5. Implementation of Trainings
- Trainings are conducted online, in person, or in a hybrid format.
- Activities, workshops, and case studies are used to increase participant engagement.
- Attendance is recorded.
6. Evaluation and Feedback
- Feedback is collected from participants (via surveys, forms, or individual interviews).
- The effectiveness of the training is evaluated (pre-test/post-test, learning outcomes).
- If necessary, repeat or advanced-level trainings are planned.
7. Certification and Reporting
- Certificates or digital badges are awarded to participants.
- Overall program outcomes are reported.
- Reports are added to institutional development records.
